Your game and age choice

The game does not require an account. Progress, settings, hint balances, ad-reward receipts, privacy choices and an age group are saved on your device. We do not operate a cloud game-progress account or synchronize progress to one.

The age screen uses a birth year to calculate an age group. The app saves the group rather than the year and does not send the birth year as a gameplay event. The game does not ask for your name, email address, contacts, photos or precise location. Ads and optional gameplay analytics are disabled for an under-13 answer. Eligible teenage ad requests use an under-age-of-consent flag.

The Android app is configured to disable operating-system app backup. Device-transfer behavior and any copies managed by your operating system are separate from the game's local save.

Advertising and consent

Eligible players may choose a rewarded ad for an extra hint. Occasional interstitial ads can appear when leaving eligible later-level wins. The app requests ads only after its age and Google User Messaging Platform consent checks permit them.

Google AdMob supplies ads. Requests use non-personalized ads; this does not mean no data is processed. Google Mobile Ads may process IP-derived general location, app and ad interactions, diagnostics, device or app-related identifiers and, where applicable, identifiers related to signed-in accounts on the device for advertising, measurement and fraud prevention. This possible Google SDK processing does not create a Bump Bay player account. The app blocks the Android advertising-ID permission, but this does not remove every identifier or every form of SDK data processing.

Google consent information and forms are provided through the User Messaging Platform. Open Privacy → Ads privacy options in the app to revisit available choices.

Optional gameplay analytics

Gameplay analytics is off until an eligible age answer and your explicit choice to enable it. Google Analytics for Firebase helps us understand sessions, level outcomes, hint use, settings, and ad and privacy choices. It may also process an app-instance identifier, app and device information, lifecycle information and general location derived from network addresses.

The Analytics property permits granular location and device data, such as network-derived city and device characteristics. The app does not request GPS location. Google Signals is disabled, and the property has no linked Google Ads account. The Analytics account enables sharing with Google for improving Google products and services, aggregated modeling and business insights, technical support, and business recommendations. Google processes Analytics and account information according to its policies and these sharing settings.

The app supplies no player account identifier. Analytics advertising-ID collection and automatic screen reporting are disabled. Advertising storage, advertising user data and personalization consent remain disabled when gameplay analytics is enabled. These controls do not disable all app or device identifiers.

Before an analytics choice, gameplay events are held in a limited memory queue. Refusing analytics or giving an under-13 answer discards that queue. If you choose to enable analytics after an eligible age answer, the queued gameplay events may be sent.

Open Privacy → Gameplay analytics to change your choice. Turning it off stops the app's future gameplay analytics collection. It does not automatically delete data already received by Google.

Contacting support and visiting these pages

If you email us, we receive your email address, message and any attachments you choose to provide to handle your request. Do not send passwords, advertising identifiers or payment details. Your email provider also processes the email.

When you visit our privacy or support pages, the web server processes technical information including your IP address, request time, requested URL (including any query parameters), browser information and referring page, and records access and error logs for site operation and security. These records are retained under the server's log-rotation policy. The pages do not contain analytics scripts, advertising tags or upload forms. This website processing is separate from optional gameplay analytics.

Retention, removal and privacy requests

Local data remains in the app's device storage until it is removed, such as by clearing app storage or uninstalling the app. Operating-system copies and Google service data are separate; removing the local save does not delete previously received service data.

Google Analytics is configured to retain event-level data for 2 months and user-level data for 14 months. New activity resets the retention period for a user identifier. These controls do not apply to standard aggregated reports, so they do not set a maximum lifetime for every Analytics record.

AdMob data, website logs and support messages have separate retention practices; the Analytics periods above do not apply to them. Google service processing follows the applicable service policies and settings. Turning off analytics does not remove past service data. For privacy questions, contact fengw9371@gmail.com.

Secure transfer

Google Mobile Ads and Analytics service data are encrypted in transit using TLS. Our published privacy and support pages use HTTPS.

Removing local data and privacy enquiries

To remove the game data on your Android device, open Settings, find Bump Bay in Apps, open Storage and clear the app data, or uninstall the app. This removes the local progress, settings, hint balance, ad-reward receipts, privacy choices and saved age group on that device. Your device may use different menu names. This action does not remove separate operating-system copies or data already received by Google.

This release does not offer an app-linked data-deletion request service. We do not collect a player email or expose an app-instance identifier that would let us reliably match an email sender to previously received Google Analytics or AdMob records. We therefore do not promise that contacting support will delete those records. You may contact the privacy email above for questions. Turning off gameplay analytics stops future collection by the app; the retention settings and limitations described above still apply to existing service data.
