Use, age and virtual content
The game is for personal entertainment and is intended for ages 13+. Users below their local age of adulthood should have a parent/guardian's help. This version has no birthday entry or verification that guarantees excluding underage users.
Use on compatible devices does not transfer ownership of the game, code or assets. Do not improperly sell/redistribute assets, interfere with services or falsify game data/ad rewards. Rights and uses allowed by applicable law remain.
Coins, collections, items and continues are virtual game content, have no cash value, and cannot be cashed out, transferred or exchanged for real-world prizes. Question-mark porcupines offer free random colors/effects. This version has no cash betting or enabled paid-purchase flow. Continuation availability, coin cost and effects follow the displayed conditions. Game scores, coins and ad continues are not financial returns.
Ads, progress and updates
Google AdMob may show interstitials between levels and optional rewarded continues when eligible. Availability depends on connection, supply and privacy choices; ads are not guaranteed each time. An earned reward must be confirmed by the service and satisfy game conditions; closing early or not completing an ad does not grant that continuation. External ads, links, sharing and store reviews are handled under the relevant provider's terms/policies. Game statistics and advertising privacy choices are independent.
No game account is required. Progress, items and settings are stored on your device and can be lost through clearing/deleting data, device failure or switching devices. Android backup/transfer and Apple-managed iOS backup/transfer depend on system/account settings; the game does not provide account-based cloud saves or guarantee restoration. Deleting the iOS app removes related local data; Offload App keeps documents/data. Updates through the store or Expo/EAS may change compatible code/assets. Network/service interruptions can affect connected features. Preserve app data and contact support for progress/reward issues.
Statistics remains off by default and requires its own opt-in. Advertising privacy choices are separate. On iOS, refusing Apple tracking permission (ATT) does not restrict ordinary gameplay or enable Statistics; non-personalized ad requests remain configured. Ad availability depends on service permission, network and supply. These choices do not themselves erase provider records.
Support, rights and changes
Email support has no instant-service or fixed-response-time promise; not every device, network or third-party issue can be fixed in the game. Do not email passwords, verification codes or payment details. Data requests follow the privacy policy's manual email process and its identification/provider/backup limits.
These terms do not exclude consumer, data-protection or other rights that applicable law does not allow to be excluded. Game use does not replace required consent. We may update these terms and their effective date when the game or delivery changes, providing information for important changes as applicable. You can stop playing; stopping or uninstalling does not itself delete all provider or backup records.

1. 遊戲使用與年齡
遊戲供個人娛樂使用，面向 13 歲及以上使用者。若你未達所在地的成年年齡，請由家長或監護人協助使用遊戲及處理相關選擇。本版沒有生日輸入或能保證阻擋所有未達年齡使用者的驗證機制。
你可在相容裝置上使用遊戲。遊戲、素材及程式受相關智慧財產權保護；使用遊戲不代表取得其所有權。請勿擅自出售或重新分發遊戲素材、干擾服務或偽造廣告獎勵與遊戲資料。適用法律所允許的使用及權利不受本段排除。
2. 金幣、物品與隨機驚喜
金幣、圖片收藏、物品及續玩機會是遊戲內虛擬內容，只用於遊戲玩法，沒有現金價值，不能兌現、轉讓或換取現實獎品。問號刺刺提供免費的隨機顏色及遊戲效果；本版不提供現金下注或已啟用的付費購買流程。
續玩是否可用、需要的金幣及產生的效果，以當時遊戲畫面和實際條件為準。請勿將遊戲得分、虛擬金幣或廣告續玩理解為金融收益。
3. 廣告及網路服務
本版含 Google AdMob 廣告，可能在關卡切換時顯示插頁廣告，並在符合條件時提供玩家自選的獎勵續玩廣告。廣告可用性依網路、廣告供應及私隱狀態而定；我們不保證每次都有廣告。獎勵以廣告服務確認已獲得獎勵及遊戲條件為準，提早關閉或未完成的廣告不發放該續玩獎勵。
廣告內的外部商品、網站或服務由相應提供者處理。開啟外部連結、分享圖片或使用商店評分時，亦適用該服務的條款及政策。你可獨立管理遊戲統計和廣告私隱選擇，詳見隱私政策。
Statistics 預設關閉，須自行選擇開啟；廣告私隱選擇分開管理。iOS 拒絕 Apple 追蹤授權（ATT）不限制一般玩法，也不代表開啟 Statistics；廣告請求仍為非個人化。是否有廣告依服務允許、網路及供應而定，這些選擇本身不會刪除服務提供者紀錄。
4. 本機進度與更新
遊戲不要求帳號登入，進度、收藏、金幣及設定保存在裝置。清除或刪除資料、裝置故障或換機可能造成資料失去。Android 備份／轉移及 Apple 管理的 iOS 備份／轉移依系統與帳戶設定而定；遊戲沒有帳號型雲端存檔服務，不保證恢復。iOS「刪除 App」會移除相關本機資料，「卸載 App」（Offload App）則保留文件與資料；兩者不保證刪除系統備份或服務提供者紀錄。
遊戲可透過商店及 Expo／EAS 提供相容更新，以修復問題或調整功能及內容。廣告及更新服務需要適當網路連線，網路或服務中斷可能影響相關功能。若發生進度或廣告獎勵問題，請先保留資料並聯絡支援。
5. 支援與使用者權利
支援由 fengw9371@gmail.com 處理，沒有即時服務或固定回覆時間的承諾。我們會按你提供的版本、裝置及問題資料排查；不能保證每一個網路、裝置或第三方服務問題都可在遊戲內修復。請不要寄送密碼、驗證碼或付款資料。
本條款不排除適用法律不能排除的消費者、資料保護或其他法定權利，也不以遊戲使用代替需要的資料同意。對資料有疑問或希望查詢、更正或刪除時，可依隱私政策的電郵程序提出。
6. 條款更新及聯絡
遊戲或提供方式有變更時，我們可更新本條款並在本頁標示生效日期。涉及重要使用或資料選擇的變更，會依相關功能及適用要求提供資訊。若你不希望繼續使用，可停止遊玩；停止使用或解除安裝不代表服務提供者及系統備份的全部歷史資料已刪除。
